Study Identifies Likely Cannabis Use at Ancient Israel Site.

Researches have found a combination of cannabis and frankincense on two alters at the entrance of an ancient Judahite shrine in Israel. This is the first physical evidence of cannabis use found in the Ancient Near East. Experts suggest the cannabis was likely used for mind-altering effects.
